cigars at the local B&M

what are your thoughts on the cigars that sit outside of the humidor showcases. im talking about cigars both in tins that are sealed up by cellophane and cigars in sealed boxes that are sealed by paper. my local B&M have sampler cigars that look like they are paper boxes and sealed by paper. also cigar tins that sealed by cellophane just sitting out. do the cigars stay fresh this way or just takes a very long time to dry out. i just cant see a cigar staying fresh like this.. if anybody wondering its a tinderbox store.

It would all depend on the RH of the shop. If the Rh outside the humidor is fairly high, 60-65% then there should not be much of an effect on the cigars I wouldn't think.
