I'm a long time lurker that just decided to come out of my shell.  So, my question to you all is what is your career?

You're not insinuating that lurking is a career, are you?

Oh, and I can answer for everybody. Everybody on the board is in IT, except for me...I'm a former journalist and now in public relations.

I feel obligated to point out this was a joke so the three other non-IT guys here don't get upset.

Now I feel like Jon Favreau in Swingers when he leaves like 17 voicemail messages for the girl he just met that night in the bar. I'm pathetic. I'm going to bed.

I think I have a fairly unique job that wins me a lot of guessing games.  I'm an exploration geologist aka, prospector.  I hike through the forset looking for metal deposits, mostly Ni Cu Pt but sometimes iron and diamonds.
  • urbinourbino Posts: 4,517
Well that qualifies as the most interesting job on the board. Where do you do this prospecting? In the States? All over the world? Deadwood?
