I was looking forward to another BLT today, but somebody ate my leftover bacon so I heated up some Costco chicken tamales and made ants on a log and peeled an egg.

Dammit, now your making me hungry @Stubble and I had a cross between a BLT and a Pastrami sandwich on rye with a nice mustard, tomatoes, white onion, melted pepper jack, a few slices of bacon and a slice of pastrami because there wasn't enough bacon.
Maybe I should snack on some celery sticks until dinner.

French Onion Soup with Gruyere followed by some Wagyu beef seared in brown butter, fondant russet potatoes with a creamy peppercorn sauce, and sauteed asparagus.
Cast iron burger with homemade heirloom tomato salsa (red onion, shallots, garlic, roasted jalapeno, raw serrano, scallions, fresh basil, lime, cilantro, and oregano with some cabinet spices) . American cheese, of course, which isn't very keto but is the only correct answer for a traditional American burger.

Peanut butter sandwich
It sounds simple but I do line up the bread slices so they match with no overhangs.

Don't have to be fancy to enjoy decent food.
