Is @First_Warrior still around. I wave some great chunks of silver maple for anyone that can arrange with me to pick it up. Great for table tops or bowls.

    it depends on what part of Texas ("West Tennessee") you in. I might could chunk off a couple slabs and drive west into ARK. You never know. @TX98Z28

    @TNBigfoot68, I am down just north west of Houston, it would be a drive. If I was in Dallas going to Arkansas for a couple slabs would work. I do appreciate the offer though.

    I've got logs, slabs, burls etc. I'm covered up with wood. Hope you can find a good home for that log.

    We can't really help ourselves, y'know?  :p

    We lost a few trees in the last round of windstorms, too.  Mostly dead ones.  Hope no damage done at your house, we've been lucky so far.

    @Amos_Umwhat no damage other than the cable was out for a few days, but it was really more of a mess to clean up than anything.
