i want to thank my friend @rsherman24 @MorganGeo and @Toombes for all their help in identifying this stick.
From their help I was able to conclude "that is an allure" "made in Nicaragua " and "a wad of carefully selected tobacco leaves which have been fashioned into a cylindrical shape to be smoked. This is commonly referred to as a cigar"
i couldnt thank them them enough for their keen sense of detection so I carefully put together three packages of cigars, of course removing the bands and rebranding with a number... These young Sherlock Holmes impersonators will surely be able to identify these sticks with the greatest of ease.
