Thank you is an understatement. Brad contacted me about a Paypal deposit and asked that I verify. Wow, I couldn't believe the total and it floored me. Thank you so much to all of those people that donated, put up samplers, a beautiful quilt, ice cream, Rodger's bowl, all I can say is you all are a true blessing to me and my family. When I was down, your texts put a smile on my face, even in rehab. I've graduated from wheelchair to walker to just walking. It still will take close to a year to recover, but I've made it pretty far after almost 5 months and each day it's closer and closer to a full recovery. The Good news is that I got a job that I will starting on Monday. I will be doing discharge planning for clients in a lockdown mental health facility. I'm excited to use my degree!
Once again, I truly appreciate the outpouring of support from the best forum in the land.19 -

That's great to hear Jim, don't push the rehab we want to see your smiling face at one of the herfs this year."We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give". Winston Churchill.

Good to hear you are getting around better Jim. A job? That's awesome, but are you sure you are ready for that? A test, what would be your discharge plan for a member of this forum recovering from CAS.
Good luck with the new job Jim.A little dirt never hurt1
