    Three daughters here too.  Oldest is a career soldier, no kids.  Middle and youngest have 3 kids each.

    It’s been a long week for me. Lost my mother yesterday and had a horrible incident today. Things with the incident worked out ok and my Mom is at peace. God is good.

    Dave, I can commiserate the loss of your mother.  We only get the one.  I'm glad you find solace in your faith.  As a twist of fate, we buried my mother on my birthday.

    Baby, it's really cold outside -9°.  Been below freezing for weeks.  Did get up to a balmy 23° on Wednesday.  Supposed to be 34° tomorrow.  I believe it when I feel it.
