    As I tell my students, many of who are single parents, working and going to school full time when they complain about assignments, I just tell them that sleep is overrated.

    Two of mine work 4 10-hour days and two others when they please, and the 6 sales staff make their own schedule when the shop is open, I don't care as long as the work gets done and the store is well covered.

    I need to sleep more, unfortunately there is not enough time in the day for it.  I'm normally up and available between 7:30 am and 2:30am except Tuesday and Sunday.  Been going to sleep early on Tuesdays.
