    When SFC Cruz left Palatka yesterday, she did so right from work, so when she arrived, she was in full uniform.  Fatigues, but full uniform.  Very first thing she did was to put Jackie on her right shoulder, Ralphie on her left, and with Onyx walking, she went out on our dock and just stared at the AH across the canal. He was sitting at his tiki bar, and noticed her within 10 seconds.  Every 20 seconds or so he would glance over, to see her motionless, just staring, not saying a word.  After about 10 minutes he went inside.  And stayed there.

    Yadi is not very big, just 5' 3" and 140 lbs. But she is tough. I've seen her put guys twice her size on the ground with her foot on their throat and arm twisted like a pretzel. And crying. 6 deployments to combat zones and a Purple Heart. The little girl is tough.
