Why cant i change my username or add location

Im starting ti get frustrated ive never had this much teouble on any other forum i just want to change my username and add a location

  Once you change, it takes a couple weeks to kick in lately

  i hopped on my pc and solved all the issues i was having androids just not very intuitive
