I can not find a marking anywhere to ID this lighter.
Believe it only needs to be cleaned purged and filled. Out of town so no adjustmet tool or gas, but think its worth some effort seeing it was free

For free the quality is fine. Lit the cigar im smoking just fine. Seems i did not get a gold nugget for free though
And the punch would be useless. It is on a leak hinge and the cigar would have to be fairly thin to punch the center.Logistics cannot win a war, but its absence or inadequacy can cause defeat. FM100-51
