within an hour of putting in my application I got a call for an interview at a Smoker Friendly here in Loveland that has a walk in humidor and lounge that I haven’t been to. Would be there part time for a little extra money and also for fun doing what I love with cigars. Wish me luck

You don't need luck my friend...you are a lock for the job. If I'm not mistaken, Smoker Friendly offers one free cigar to smoke per shift. Congrats!

Went really well and last for 2 hours in fact. It’s a Smoker Friendly but they have a small lounge and medium sized walk in humidor that while it isn’t superb it does have a surprising amount of good stuff in it including some Tat, Illusione, Fuente, DE, Padron, Ashton and all the rest you’d expect. Its retail so I wouldn’t have much chance to sit and smoke during shift as I’d be at the register and we still are a tobacco shop only with a lounge and humidor. Apparently they are moving away from regular cigarette and tobacco sales and moving towards just cigars but that will take some time. That said barring a clean background check I have the job so I should be getting a little extra income and working 10-15 hours extra a week on top of my full time gig with Apple. I would at least have some influence on stocking the humidor and since I clearly have more cigar knowledge than anyone else there I would be allowed to speak up and help out with anything cigar related. Not quite like working in just a B&M but it’s close and gets me in the door."When walking in open territory bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask them to stop. Well I got notice that I am hired at Smoker Friendly as a second part time job. It’s retail but I’m going to be working on it cigars and the humidor and lounge at the store so I’m stoked to be getting involved with working with one of my passions. I asked Amanda to pick out a cigar for me to celebrate with this morning and she grabbed this Opus X Angel’s Share with 5+ years of age on it. Sitting in the shade having Italian roast coffee and watching some of my favorite shows on the phone and having this remarkable cigar.
