Supposed to be there today, but USPS tracking says no information

Found the tracking on USPS. This is a strange one that I've never seen before. Does it mean that I have to go get it, or that I can go get it but they will deliver it tomorrow? Post office is closed so I would be picking it up tomorrow anyways, but want to know for sure....and thanks soooo much @IndustMech !
