Cooked in olive oil and butter. They will go on bun and accompanied (washed down) with a sauvignon blanc. Not all, probably two and then there is leftovers. I was raised enjoying leftovers. Side note; can anyone recommend a better brats pan? One with undulations to evenly cook the underside portion of the brat. Thanks.

Get yourself some old cast iron. We use it to cook just about everything. Nothing better to cook in. 7 pounds of rump, a jar of pepperoncinis and beef broth to cover. Slow cooked until it shredded. Needs more pepperoncinis and some sweet/hot peppers but what else should I do next time?Patrickbrick said:
