    Anyone see that Ashton is changing the LAdC EE?  Calling it "new and improved". Different filler and binder, and changing from an Ecuador Sumatra  wrapper to an Ecuador Habano wrapper.  If you enjoy the old blend, might want to grab some soon.  Several sites already low or out of the old blend in some vitolas.

    Nuclear stress test results - everything is normal.  Next is circulation in my legs.  Eyelids still a bit puffy.  Need to get the same procedures on my right thumb and wrist that I got on my left.
