Real Baked Beans from my grandmothers recipe cooked low and slow for 8 hours, hamburgers and wilted spring Dandelion salad with a hot bacon vinegarette.
Not for dinner but for breakfast. Homemade cinnamon rolls made from pizza dough. I like the crispiness and texture on the outside with the pizza dough.

The couple I spend most holidays with, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Independence Day picked up a lasagna dinner w/ an Italian salad and garlic bread at Maggiano's today and delivered it to me, along with some homemade dessert. Good thing I ate in this chair because now I can't move.

Last night I made chicken & chorizo tortilla soup.
Things are tough around here right now, we are making a soup/stew from these Joshua Tree seeds

Pork tenderloin in a pepper cream sauce over beer broiled cauliflower and onions. Not too shabby.
