Does La Finca used actual retired military ammo cans?

I peeled off a La Finca sticker on one of those ammo boxes and this was behind it? Anyone know what it means or what was carried in this box?

Looks like an ammo can to me, a little rust showing.

Great it's ammo can picture time. The one I use to store the bird suet cakes in, keeps the mice out.....

And the one I keep some shotgun shells in....

It appears they repurpose discarded ammo cans, Depots will paint and re- stencil the cans if needed.
