    Your honor, I must objected to this testimony. The defendant was not only in possession of the cigar in question, he posted a picture of its sideways so that both the front and the back of the band were visible. He obtained said cigar from the witness himself. He was conspicuously absent in both the guessing of the cigar and of continually bumping this thread as he bumps all of the other threads in this section.

    I hereby ask the court to find the defendant guilty of both knowing and smoking the cigar that is the subject of the back of the band contest and order him to pay the court one back of the band picture to continue the game.

    The prosecution rests.

    Objection, Your honor, the contest ask for submission of the alleged band’s title, there is no rule or precedent that mere knowledge nor the promulgation of such knowledge on alternate threads should implicate one’s abjuration of this thread’s involvement, no matter how vulgar the evidence appears.
