    It’s old, in rough shape, I’m guessing maybe 20’s

    La Primadora Havana Cigars had at least 3 locations in NY City from 1910-30 (est.). Looks like a store display. The MS in the middle of the Primadora logo stands for Max Schwarz.

    $0.15 in 1920 is worth $2.05 today. Still not bad.

    That was, as @Vision said, a store display box. roughly 1915-mid 1940s
    Most likely, it was one that sat on a counter in a drug store, pub or tobacco store.
    There was one (may not have been that brand) in an old drug store in Montana in the 60s. Probably Boulder, Butte, Livingston or one of those towns. I don't recall.

    I only remember it, because my grandfather used to grab one when we went in to the store.
