72% too much?
I’ve been storing my cigars at 72% because that’s what everyone here (Georgia) tells me to store them at, but after reading more and more online it seems 67-69% is the sweet spot for preventing mold, is storing them at 72% long term a bad idea? Should I drop to 69?

It's nice that you're accepting the forum's advice, but please pay attention to what you're smoking and see what your own thoughts are as to how the humidity change affects flavors and performance of your cigars.

By the way, 72 72 should also be fine, really, but you're on the hairy edge of mold growth.

@peter4jc well I’ll be storing them for possibly months at a time, and the humidity in Georgia is pretty high, especially with me living by a lake, so I figure this will be a good time to atleast try 65, I may like it more and it’ll certainly run down the risk of mold a bit it seems. These forums are full of aficionados, so I’ll take yalls advice any day of the week.
