Little help here

I'm hoping someone could give me some help-got a new laptop and it won't let me buy on the cigar.com DD! Missed yesterday...tried again today (it's killing me I can't buy today's deal!) and it just keeps giving me the log-in screen. I was able to add yesterday's deal to my cart, got to the checkout screen and it just sent me back to the log-in screen again. Do I need to enable cookies? Don't really know how to do that...kind of computer illiterate, obvoiusly. I've been using my laptop at work to buy in the past, but hate to miss out on these weekend deals. Any advice would be appreciated.

It could be your browser or your wireless connection. Which browser software are you using? Which wireless service are you using? And is it a Mac or PC?

You can call C.COM and place your order that way( I always do). I have E-mailed them as well. At least that way if you explain that you were unable to contact them a different way, they have a record of your attempt.

It may be a site problem as well. Maybe not your computer.

Maybe popups are blocked.

Thanks for the help. Thought I would give it one more try before I dug into popup blocks, etc., and, of course, I breezed right through..got 2 of today's DD (first time trying these)! Maybe someone at CCOM saw my post and pushed the right button?? Not sure...all I know is I scored the sticks. Thanks again for the advice.

Nice score to. I have a couple of the DD's loaded in my cart trying to force myself to spend the cash. A little more than I normally spend but I love these things and that size is a flavor bomb!

You can always call in and ask if they have a 5 pack of a previous DD they'd be willing to sell you for the same price! I do this on a regular basis and come away with some great prices on deals I missed. Jeff Jackson is great to deal with. It doesn't always work, but there are always new deals incoming.

I'll have to remember that...I think I need to save up for some March Madness deals yet to come.
