What's For Lunch?

I am on the 4th week of a very low/no carb diet (alcohol excepted--really not a concern as I am not much of a binge drinker).

Boiling up some brats and gonna have a salad with them. Down 10 lbs and workouts are getting better!

Whatchu having for lunch?

    Can't touch it with all that bread and American cheese. Of course the burger with the peanut butter is different because the heat from the burger changes the peanut butter. I've had the peanut butter burger before, and I don't think that the flavors blend at all. I think that mostly, it's like eating two separate things instead of a new life form.

    My brother used to make that but used chicken loaf instead.... I tried it a couple of times....Not to bad.
