    Yeah, I always use oak when doing chicken since you need the high temp.

    I find white oak burns more evenly and slightly hotter than red oak, also more keen on the flavor.

    2 oz Parm and cheddar cheese in chili
    250 grams of no pot chili
    1 oz avocado oil in chili
