Is anyone else having a problem getting through today? I keep getting a busy signal. I'm having some trouble with an order I placed, and I really need to get in touch with someone.

    Just a guess, but they might be swamped with the DD stuff right now. I dunno.

    I just got thru, they have been swamped with the Daily Deal stuff. Keep trying and you will get thru, or email service@cigar.com

    I was able to get through, and the problem actually took care of itself. So, crisis adverted, lol.
