Humicare Oasis Problems

I have been using a HumiCare Oasis Turbo humidifier since replacing my original CI version of the same product. That one failed after several years of good use. The new model has changed out the storage medium from the green florist type foam to a white higher density foam. This new medium does not absorb my distilled water and therefore is not keeping my humidor correctly. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix?

That foam **** isn't needed and attracts mold. Just use distilled water and throw in some boveda packs

Depending on the size of your humidor, I would recommend exactly what was already mentioned either use the boVeda packs or beads.
