I'm just very sensitive to customer experience. Despite the eons I've spent in this business, I'm still a customer like all of you. I'm well aware that there is an expectation when it comes to something like DCD, where the concept is simple and runs at a cadence. For those of you who shop DCD often, you're accustomed to checking the site each day; therefore when things aren't as they seem, it's not indicative of the kind of experience I want any customer to have on CIGAR.com.
They were out of stock on the Hyena, but now it shows 1 left. I was able to put it in the cart, but didn't buy it because I already bit on this deal. I took it out of the cart for you.
