I'm just very sensitive to customer experience. Despite the eons I've spent in this business, I'm still a customer like all of you. I'm well aware that there is an expectation when it comes to something like DCD, where the concept is simple and runs at a cadence. For those of you who shop DCD often, you're accustomed to checking the site each day; therefore when things aren't as they seem, it's not indicative of the kind of experience I want any customer to have on CIGAR.com.
