The wife requested some back backs for our anniversary night. Made up a rack on the smoker, along with some garlic herb potatoes from the garden cast iron skillet style. Turned out great!

She just requested those since it would mean you spent all day with her, smart woman.

More food than you could ever eat!

It did not disappoint, however the first throwed roll I caught today needed a video and play by play. We were sitting in the corner behind the concrete tree branch shed, the roll was tossed over the tree I never saw it, and it fell right into my hands, unbelievable!

We might be going to Lambert's tomorrow

I made Sloppy Joes last night for dinner, from scratch, using some of the Hawaiian style hamburger buns my Wife picked up. My Wife was babysitting our 3 yo grand nephew yesterday and I was pinch hitting to give her breaks and play with him as I was working from home. We found out he's not a good eater from his dad, but you could've fooled me from the way he enjoyed the dinner. I sent the recipe to his mom.

To catch them you use canned green peas or corn. Tilapia are bottom feeders just like carp. They make good tacos.
