Show off that grill!

I hope all of you still have most of your teeth, but let's see that cooker! Not what you're cooking but what you're cooking on. I know there are some die hards here. The type that care less about the weather than the postal service. Here are my two workhorses. There used to be more in the stable, now just the two. One forced induction, the other naturally aspirated.

Yep. First cook. Good and smokey.
We bought it a year ago, but it had been sitting in the front of the semi trailer and we finally got enough unpacked out of it to get it out.
We probably use it more than the kitchen stove. We have an auger, firepot and hopper from another Traeger that we are going to use to make a pizza oven.

Really cool. I'm liking the look of that deck you have, too. Curious how you're going to use those parts in a pizza oven. Cobbled to make another grill, adapted for use in a stone oven, or something else?

It's good to see you getting settled in Tony, I know it's been a journey for you and the family.
I kinda like this new guy @Hawks , he gives a crap if we have our teeth. I believe I read somewhere that he serves in the military, which to me is a definite plus. Welcome to the forum @Hawks. I saw an article in the forum newsletter about getting the best use of your bbq grill, if you send me a pm with your addy I'll get the newsletter out to you.

Instead of having the wood burn area, it will be the pellet fire pot.
It will be designed to operate the same as using wood, but uses the pellets instead. In Fumo Pax

I’m lazy, it will take too long to photograph all of them.

Green mountain makes a pizza oven you just take out your heat shield and set the pizza attachment on the firebox2 -

"The ceramic stone measures 16 x 14 inches, enough for about one 12 inch pizza at a time"

Designed for Green Mountain Grills, looks like they have a couple different models.
"We’ve also read reports of this GMG pizza attachment fitting on other pellet smokers such as Traeger, Pit Boss, and REC TEC. For reference, here are the GMG pizza attachment’s dimensions:
Height: 12 inches from bottom to top of lid + 2 inches for handle (14 inch total height)
Width: 19 inches
Depth: 15 1/4 inches without tabs + 2 inches per tab front and back (19 1/4 inch total depth)"Join us on Zoom vHerf (Meeting # 2619860114 Password vHerf2020 )0 -
I haven't personally used one. I gifted one to father in law and he likes it because of the high Temps you can achieve with it
