  Slept until 10:30 (still amazed that I don't have to pee all night) and am halfway through my 2nd cup of coffee w/ Side B of some wonderful music. Lunch is next, which will take me right up to my 3:00 nap and 4:00 cigar.

  I saw something about a 15min. yoga routine to help something or other... all I thought was 'who in the world has 15min. to spare? not me'.
