looking for recommendations on a new humidor? brand/model. would like a small cabinet type that holds 80-100 cigars

Any airtight plastic container and bovedas.

Click on the accessories button above, look for Tuscany Cherry Wood. I've got two of those, which I still use. I like to think that the wood environment enhances the taste somehow, so cigars get moved from plastic containers with bovedas kept in a sealed cooler into the wooden ones a few weeks before smoking.
That sounds like what you're looking for, to me. If not, you'll find many other choices.
