Last night I had mac&cheese with a whole package of bacon crumbled into it and a couple breaded, fried chicken tenders chopped up in it. Interesting. My son's idea.

Red Lentil Soup with Coconut Milk and Spinach. Lots of mid-eastern spices. My other had it straight and I tempered mine with a fried hamburger paddy stuffed with cheese and buried in my soup.
