Prok tacos. A liberal coating of Frank's hot sauce, meat, habanero Street sauce and then the pepper jack cheese. My forehead is sweating and my apartment seems to have gotten 15 degrees warmer.

Linguica pizza from Linwood Pizza in Randolph, MA. Best pizza you'll ever have.

@TRayB I have had these for over a year and finally decided to give 'em a go as Costco surprised me by packing 3 racks of ribs in what I thought was a package of two. Supposedly I can roast a whole chicken on there with the ribs. Maybe one day I'll have occasion to do so.

Sausage subs with peppers and onions. Excellent. For those of you in New England, check out this sausage from The Sausage Guy. Can be found in supermarkets.

Salad Nicoise. More a technique that a recipe. Large shallow bowl with lettuce and various marinated veggies inside the rim around the bowl with protein in the center. We are using a chicken breast for the protein, cooked and marinated potatoes, sugar snaps, oil cured olives, blue cheese chunks, tomato and basil, hard cooked eggs, and cucumber, mint and radish around the rim of the bowl. A light dressing of white wine vinegar, grated garlic, mustard, and canola oil. Been making it for years.
