What's for dinner?

I made breakfast sausage and eggs over easy with toast. Must have been a sight, cooking and staggering around the kitchen. Mostly came out good. My son liked it. My eggs ended up all over the kitchen floor. I just had sausage and toast.

Just as well if you don't know the source, wild harvested is dangerous:
It's important, especially when eating watercress raw, to take it only from water that's been tested and is known to be clean.
Otherwise, you risk eating harmful parasites, pathogens, and toxins, including liver flukes and giardia.

Eel. It’s delicious, like a very mild white fish.

Tastes like chicken...

I actually thought eel and I thought nah must be a weird sesame chicken type thing.
I think I've had eel at a sushi restaurant but I don't know if that's a made up memory or not definitely couldn't tell you what it tasted like even if it was a real memory2 -
Garden salad, cucumber salad, chicken salad, summer squash, corn bread. Summer fare.

Navajo fry bread and mutton stew. The fry bread was incredible, but the stew kind of sucked, it didn’t have any seasoning or salt. The Mutton itself was good though, wasn’t as gamey as I was expecting, just kind of like chewier steak.

Home made sourdough bread just out of the oven, grilled hot wings with homemade Frank's hot sauce, and locally grown green beans.

Takeout burrito, corn on the cob, blackened salmon for the wife.

Big pot of black beans, summer squash, green beans, garlic, and mushrooms, with a 1/4 of a habanero to elevate it above the mundane, served with brown rice a chunk of feta, and cucumber salad. Most will go in the deep freeze for quick winter meals

A quick Cheeseburger hit the spot!

I was a little behind in this thread. Calvin is eating some strange looking starfish.
Found this stuff at the grocery store for dinner tonight. Getting the grill warmed up!
