I got on early tonight.

The notifier, when it works, is faster now. Instead of polling for new sessions every five minutes by checking the Outlook.com website, I am now polling a local Outlook desktop instance every 30 seconds. I had to update the notifier due to security changes, Microsoft doesn't trust their own Power Automate desktop app to get mail from their Outlook.com website anymore, insisting on apps that use advanced authentication, so I'm forced to use a local Outlook desktop mail client now.

It seems like the notifier fails now if I shut the lid of my laptop, which worked before. As long as I don't shut the lid, I think we'll be ok.

I should say that once the notifier detects an active Zoom session that it'll wait 30 minutes before checking again to avoid multiple posts to the forum. If you sign on looking for the vHerf, give it several minutes for folks to see the thread and join up.
