Honestly this one was kind of dead for me. First half was Very very very mellow, which is atypical. Usually it's just very mellow. Overall it was fine though. It started kicking in about halfway through.

I kind of worried about that when you mentioned getting in a good days work the other day. I have days like that, when I feel like I did a couple decades ago and get with it all day. Go to bed feeling worthy of a good nights sleep, within the next day or so it's "uh-oh, I think I overdid it".
Yes, it is a delicate balance between getting stuff done and overdoing it. My doctor has referred me to an endocrinologist. I am hoping he won't want to find something wrong unless it is there. I mistrust specialists somewhat.
Same distrust here. I was once sent to a podiatrist that told me he needed to order this and that for me and that of course my insurance would cover it. Of course I hadn’t even taken a shoe off yet. I went back to the desk and got my copayment back and dared them to bill my insurance for the visit because I would be contacting them about the fraud.

Damn dude not good news at all. Hey man praying for a well healed and speedy recovery brother.
Just hoping I don't need surgery. Can hobble around without crutches for short distances and with them for longer stretches. Right foot, automatic transmission. It's a little awkward to drive, but manageable.
