Have tried to post in an existing discussion but it will not post. Anyone else have issues? Wondering if c.com has become politically correct.

Dunno. If this posts, then I haven't had any problem.

I've had to restart the computer occasionally to get posts to go through.

I have had issues on and off, usually for a day or two and then it self corrects.
Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular.

I made a thread about this issue several years ago. Maybe @TheCigarChick can help you out.

Thank you. Yes I generally just keep trying to post when initially denied and it usually eventually makes it thru.

Yeah, same thing happened to me when I first joined here, and I tried the same thing. Then it all breaks loose. Sorta like a colonoscopy enema taking affect.

This new format blows hard. Can we have the old one back?

It has to be some sort of glitch in the matrix. Icons for Notifications, Inbox, and Bookmarks show up only as rectangles, all the same.

I see it's more than just the css issue, now when it loads fully, it shows an unfinished looking site. It doesn't looked good.

Well that blows. Is this the beginning of the end of vanilla forums? I have to imagine that without security updates, the software is on borrowed time.

No, Vanilla is still very much here to stay. I do know there is a new "standard" version of their offered themes, but CCOM has yet to switch since it will take some QA testing and a few tweaks to try and preserve the version of the Forum you all know. Those changes probably won't take place for nearly a year.
