Started looking into getting into pipe smoking. This may open a can of worms, but I would be open to tobacco recommendations. Looking for three of four starter tobaccos that would be generally available in smaller amounts from local stores. Not necessarily looking for a high nicotine content. I have a small tobacconist near where I go on weekends and would probably go check him out. Thanks in advance...Ohhh boy...... This could get interesting....
PS Where do you go on weekends?

Lake Winniepesauki in N.H. Looks Iike a legit small tobacconist about 1/2 hour away in Laconia0 -
Oh, and I gave up the White pouch after a while. It was pretty good smoking, but the room note smelled like dirty socks and beer farts. Or maybe that's because I was living in the barracks at the time.

Kind of why I am asking, I can supply my own stinky cigar, dirty socks and beer farts. I am looking to take up a pipe as my wife constantly complains about the cigar smells. Hoping to find a few starter tobaccos that will keep us both happy.0 -

Found out as part of the Massachusetts flavored tobacco ban it seems like 90% of all the pipe tobaccos cant be shipped here.My WTF. I'm guessing the geniuses* in your state capital think that'll stop teenagers from vaping.
*In case any of your representatives are reading this, in this context genius = dumbass.
