Alternately, we could continue with the status quo, and continue to add to the debt while ignoring its import.

Just who are we borrowing all this money from? Besides our kids, grandkids, great grandkids, great-great grandkids, you know, the generations that inherit the mess? I mean, I know that Congress has robbed Social Security a number of times, etc., but really, is there a bank out there somewhere holding a mortgage note on our country?

I don't know where it comes from. What I do know is that anyone going to Washington D.C. and trying to put a stop to it makes a LOT of enemies, enemies willing to do anything to stop them from fixing the mess.

Makes no sense at all to me.

Bonds. A lot of that debt is owed to the American people.

"Deskilling" AI is doing this to everyone, not just clinicians. Whatever happened to horse sense and expertise? The throwaway economy....

"These developments show the rapid, widescale deployment of AI in health care, promising to enhance efficiency and increase access to expertise. However, these advances are accompanied by substantial risks to patient safety and quality of care.
For instance, emerging evidence suggests that overreliance on AI could lead to deskilling, a decline in clinicians’ diagnostic and procedural competencies."

The business people who actually make all your health care decisions are thrilled to know that the program biases will be aimed at putting more dollars in their pockets. So a few more patients die. That's what patients do, die, or not, who cares? As long as the front office gets your money.

Maybe so, or not. Many students were on computers rather than face to face. False securities may have led to brave ( or assumed brave) attitude',
