Had my card hit twice for $256.88 today from a site listed as "CIGARS" as the merchant. Dont remember any such purchases. Do you know any sites other than CI and CCOM in Bethlehem, pa?

    Checked pipesandcigars.com and smokingpipes.com. not them either. This is frustrating. Most sites come up as cigars on my card. Its gotta be a smaller site.

    You have to call them back and press them to tell you the vendor. The person who tells you "cigars in Bethlehem" isn't the one that'll help you, but you can go up the chain to find out who actually processed the payment. If they won't give you that, tell them you want to contest the charge because you don't recognize it, and the transaction was fraudulent.

    My cards have a spot to contest a charge? If I click on it, there’s usually a phone number for the company that made the charge. Cc company wants you to call the vendor first, before you contest it with cc company.
