Cavendish is burley, ( sometimes virginia) Steamed under pressure. Makes it sweeter.

Just a FYI, peretti had over 500 orders for his Yuletide blend at the beginning of the month. He said he would try to get them all shipped by Xmas. He's busy til January, I'm guessing.

This blend is very nice for a morning bowl. Not strong but not too sweet. Hints of dried fruits and molasses That pairs very nicely with a coffee.5 -

I smoked this bowl yesterday. The initial light was very hot, but I tampered it and it mellowed out quick. Smoke was very full and creamy. To me it tasted like the woods if that makes sense. I got a very fresh woodsy taste from it, almost like a hint of pine with the after taste. Flavor of smoked tree nuts on the back of the tongue and a sweetness through the retro. Paired very well with my morning coffee.5 -
