Does anyone know if she is on vacation? I shot here a PM regarding a box of cigars I am looking into but havent heard anything. Do you guys use PM's or do you just call/email?

The CCom staff usually have a really really hard time receiving PMs. I would suggest e-mailing her. She's pretty quick with those.0
