HERF Paper

So I always seem to run into trouble when I send out cigars and lable them as cigars. One time the UPS guy said his location can't ship tobacco. Today I went to send a few sticks to a brother serving in Iraq via USPS and they say nope. So I promptly took the package to another post office and on the customs form I listed the contents as "HERF Paper." They took it no problem.

Figurines, collectible bands, hobby supplies, and travel brochures seem to work :P0
