Ive tried the MOW Virtue a few times and it just didnt do it for me. So about 3 months ago... What I did was peeled off the Connecticut wrapper and re-wrapped it with something more to my liking. The Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper from a La Herencia Cubana Oscuro Fuerte! This is now what it looks like and I cant wait till i try it out.
This is before the peeling of the Connecticut wrapper.

This is the final look. Couldnt get the cap
so i just pigtailed it.

LOL, that looks tasty as hell Issac!!!
Hey Alex, you up yet?? How about a MOW Virtue Maduro!!0 -
Wow, very interesting. I'd have just left the Connecticut wrapper in place...
Like you, the MOW Virtue does absolutely nothing for me. I feel like it's just caught in no-man's land... it lacks the creamy smoothness of a great Connie like the Oliva Reserve, but doesn't have the zing or complexity of a stronger smoke.0 -
LOL, look at you with the talent to roll sticks.0

Impressive. What if they sold cigar making kits?0

. . . do I need to say it?Mperconte:LOL, look at you with the talent to roll sticks.

Lol, this is the most recent one. Ive been re-wrapping and re-blending cigars to my liking for some time now. I even have some cigar molds that I got. The best Ive done was a LFD DL filler with a OpusX binder and wrapper. Its a fun hobby that i picked up while im smoking.Mperconte:LOL, look at you with the talent to roll sticks.0 -
Sounds like a fun hobby but it would kill me to unwrap some good smokes! But the pleasure of smoking something you just assembled is unmeasureable.0

That looks pretty good.0

Boy that looks sweet. Love that wrapper.0

cigars dont have to be strong to be complex. just take a look at the Davidoff Classic line or Cabiguan by Tatuaje. both of those i would consider to be very mild and very complex.ndhaon91:Wow, very interesting.
