Sun grown Connecticut?

Just read Davidoff uses this wrapper. Sounds interesting. What does it taste like?

The Gurkha Centurian uses it too.

if im not mistaken this is where the woody side of the musk that Davidoff has comes from. there is a similar flavor in the Centurian as well.

when i was first getting into cigars many years ago, i went into my B&M and saw a Davidoff Aniversario and at the time it was one of the most expensive cigars i had ever seen. i asked the guy behind the counter (now a good friend of mine) what it tasted like and he said "notes of musk and earth with a light wood.... and hints of burning money."

I've tried the Centurian, Grand Envoy, and the Winston Churchill Spitfire (from Davidoff). From these three, it seems that the sungrown connie wrapper is responsible for the nut and wood flavors with the smooth, creamy butter mouthfeel to it.
