Bad luck indeed! I would put those sticks back in their regular humi for a few weeks and I'd bet they will be just fine!

If they're not cracked or broken then I think they will recover. I doubt they lost much oil in that short amount of time so rehydrate them slowly and they should recover. Hopefully they are just out of the rotation for the trip and not forever. Good luck!

Bring them home.. store them properly for a few weeks, and they will be good as new.

No way that's long enough to do permanent damage. Surely every time you get cigars in the mail they have been out of proper climate control for at least what... 24 hours+?

They shouldn't be too bad... IF they are permanentely damaged and it was your Fiance's fault... What Happens in Vegas STAYS in Vegas... (Just sayin')

make sure you take care of the most important thing, you are in vegas with your fiance, make sure she knows its no problem, and you can always get more cigars "you were only going to smoke them anyways" no point in starting a vegas trip on her bad side. Good luck, enjoy vegas, and go buy some more cigars. save those till you get home and rehumidify them.

F*ck that noise! Going to Vegas with one's fiancee is a bad decision to begin with! Unless of course, she is into excessive drinking/consumption of... subtances/steak/hookers/gambling (which are not exactly a list of things most women are into, or into having their man be into). He should frankly chain her to the radiator in the hotel room, and make it get job to monitor his cigars for the rest of the trip and make sure they don't suffer any more problems! He can pick up a fine replacement (woman) at Casa Fuente. Their wait staff is of the chestically gifted sort.

So sorry for your loss, hope she made it up to you...hard fast and repeatedly. Maybe you can now purchase something there you have been wanting to try.

Isaac, these guys that are telling you not to worry and they'll be good as new are lying to you. Those sticks are screwed. In fact, I have heard that if you take them home and reintroduce them into your humi, or ANYWHERE NEAR your humi, it could affect ALL your cigars. If you just want to send them to Lake Forest, I can see what I can do with them as I am sure that they won't effect the 2 sticks that I have left in my small 20 count humidor. That's what being part of the great forum is all about, helping out a brother in a time of need.

Not for me. You know eventually someone making their first post and looking for help like this will fall for it.
