First Box Purchase

I've been putting in a lot of overtime at work lately. I've been able to pay some things off, so I finally decided to make my first box purchase! I ordered a box of 5 Vegas Gold robustos with the 5 Vegas sampler tin. I got them in the mail today and it was like Christmas! I got them resting in the humi with my other sticks. I smoked a RyJ Reserva Real in celebration. I love the Golds and I cant wait to try the 5 Vegas Clasic, A, and Miami that came in the tin. I might finally have enough cigars to post a picture on the Cigar Porn thread. You are all a very bad influence on me, thanks!

    Congratulations, you always remember your first, lol. Good choice too, 5 Vegas is one of those lines you really can't go wrong with.

    Congrats! I remember my first box purchase like it was yesterday and that was January 2008; LGC Serie R #5 and I still have 4 of them left.

    No kidding! 6 months ago, I had a 20 count humi that had 6 sticks in it. Now I've got a giant tupperdor with more than 80 sticks. BTW, 5 Vegas Golds are better than the RyJ that I smoked in celebration. Thanks again everyone for being such bad influences on me! :)

    Yep. One of those big steps in the slippery slope down into cigar obsessed fanaticism. Like when you first realize that your 20 ct desktop isn't gonna cut it, and you get a huge cooler. Going from buying singles to buying cigars by the box... you'll never go back. Good luck! lol
