Man Caught Urinating In City's Drinking Water Supply

Tabor Reservoir on Wednesday after surveillance video showed a man urinating in the reservoir early Wednesday morning.The video showed two men standing near the edge of the reservoir. One of them visibly zipped down his pants while the other kept watch.The water bureau said they will have to discard the nearly 8 million gallons of drinking water the reservoir holds at a cost of about $35,000.Police were called to the scene shortly after the two men were spotted on the site’s security cameras.Officers did not arrest the man, but said the case has been forwarded to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, where the man could face criminal charges. video, http://www.kptv.com/news/28256435/detail.html
