USPS delivery question

So i just checked a few tracking numbers and it says "Arrival at Unit" wtf does that mean...does that mean it was delivered?

    Either that or it has arrived at the unit that will be delivering it.

    that threw me when I saw it, must be something new. means it arrived at the local processing/PO. should be hitting you in a day or so.
