New USPS Plan..Slower delivery.

I don't know about the rest of you but I have been following the USPS future the past couple weeks and they finally came up with a money saving plan. Cut 28,000 Jobs and make delivery times slower. Normal mail that is delivered within 1-3 days will now be delivered within 2-5 days. No more next-day 20 miles away unless you want to spend like 20 bucks.

    I heard about this. It will still be faster than FedEx. Its horrible that they are cutting jobs, but they are trying to keep from going bankrupt. Sounds like someone needs to fix a budget over there too!

    lame duck of 2006, republican house passed a bill that makes the usps fund their pensions 70 some years in advance. That's the problem that the usps is facing and congress needs to fix it. laying people off and cutting service will further kill the usps, just want the gop wants.
